When Tamara approached us to help her with her new business concept, we had no idea that all she had was a cocktail napkin with a sketch. She was looking for help creating a brand that would live within the health and wellness demographic, and serve women who wanted to be social but also keep their focus on their wellbeing. The concept would span ecommerce, retail, and health services, so the brand would need to be scalable and make sense for all of those areas.
WORKING TOGETHER
Following extensive market research and our Brand Framework exercise, PDCo. presented Tamra with various style board options, including core brand elements and graphical recommendations. We also provided consultation and recommendations for a go-to-market strategy as well as initial launch materials and promotional graphics. Post-launch, we helped HSC put parameters around their brand with a comprehensive guidelines document.
THE END RESULTS
The launch of the HSC brand was successful, although the business shut down due to repercussions from the pandemic. However, the process of branding collaboratively was a positive one. PDCo. concepted and created an identity system that was able to cultivate brand loyalty for customers through approachable and charismatic graphic assets. We also formulated an easy-to-use set of guidelines for the various arms of the business. The idea is that this brand will re-launch again in the near future, using the elements previously created.
